Rodent treatment on its own (without a pest control package) has a $99 minimum charge. Heavy infestations may need a follow-up treatment, and we'll tell you up front if that's likely.

Why am I still seeing pests after the treatment?
That's normal for the first few days. The treatment flushes pests out of hiding, so activity often goes up for 24 to 72 hours before it drops away, usually within 3 to 7 days. Avoid mopping or wiping treated areas so the product keeps working. If you're still seeing lots of activity after two weeks, give us a call.
Do I need to leave the house?
Usually not. Just stay out of each area while we treat it. If you have young children or sensitive pets, you might like to head out for an hour or two. Surfaces are normally dry within 30 to 60 minutes.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
We use products chosen with families in mind, applied by licensed technicians. Keep children and pets off treated areas until they're dry. Cover fish tanks and switch off the filter, and move birds outside or to a room we're not treating.
How do I get ready for the treatment?
Pull furniture a little away from the walls, especially in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Clear out under the sinks, pick up pet bowls and cover any food left out. It usually takes less than 10 minutes.
How often should I book pest control?
Every 6 to 12 months suits most South East Queensland homes. If you've had a recent or recurring problem, every 6 months is a good idea. If pests come back in treated areas within your 6-month warranty, we'll re-treat at no extra cost.
How long does a treatment take?
Most homes take 30 to 60 minutes. A typical 3-bedroom home is about 45 minutes. Bigger homes, heavy infestations or hard-to-reach areas can take up to 90 minutes.
